Superior Forged Quality from Exclusive X50CrMov15 (1.4116) High Carbon Steel

Forging from our secret recipe of superior high carbon steel the Stahl Classic Series ensures that the blade is strong and durable, with excellent edge retention along with prominent resilience, achieving the best balance between sharpness and maintenance, perfectly fit for kitchen starters and ordinary home chefs.

Full Tang with Solid Curved Heavy Bolster for Amazing Grip and Balance

A full tang design, where the blade extends into the handle, offers superior balance and control. The heavy bolster contributes to a comfortable and secure grip, making the knife safer and more efficient to use.

Comfortable and Traditional 3-Rivets Stain-Free Handle Reduces Fatigue

The traditional three-rivet design ensures handle stability and longevity. A stain-free ABS handle is easier to clean and maintain. The ergonomic design reduces hand fatigue, making it ideal for prolonged use in food preparation.

54-56 Rockwell Hardness with 15-17 Edge Angle Degree Delivers Outstanding Cutting Performance

A Rockwell hardness of 54-56 is an ideal balance amongst toughness and edge retention as well as re sharpening. The 15-17 degree edge angle, deemed as “Golden Angle” of a knife, provides a sharp, effective cutting edge suitable for a variety of cutting tasks, ensuring efficiency and precision.

Oil-Hardened Blades, Remarkably Sharp, Stay Sharper Longer, Highly Corrosion Resistant

Oil quenching heat treatment (Oil hardening) involves heating the knife and then rapidly cooling it in oil. The advantages of this process include preventing prolonged exposure to air, which controls the formation of surface oxidation layers. Oil quenching also results in higher hardness (1-2HRC higher) compared to air cooling in the same temperature range. The oil used in the quenching process covers the blade surface, preventing oxidation and resulting in better toughness and rust resistance compared to conventional heat treatment.

Sturdy Endcap for Well Balance

A solid endcap not only adds to the overall aesthetic but also contributes to the knife's balance. This feature makes it easier to handle and provides more control during cutting tasks, enhancing safety and efficiency in the kitchen.
